About the Job

  • Oversee clinical care delivery within a large aged care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and personal care assistants to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

  • Report directly to Facility Manager and indirectly liaise with healthcare providers and families.
