The Aboriginal Child and Family Service Manager is responsible for leading a dynamic service and its multidisciplinary team in South West Sydney. The position will also be responsible for establishing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve access to health services for vulnerable families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Aboriginal Child and Family Service and its multidisciplinary team.
- Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve access to health services for Aboriginal families in South West Sydney.
- Embed culture in practice and uphold cultural integrity within clinical governance.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- Post graduate qualifications in health or social science areas or relevant work experience.
- An Aboriginal person with a commitment to embedding culture in practice.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams that support clients with vulnerabilities.
- Possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
