About the Role:

  1. Spearhead project deliverables from initiation to execution, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  2. Provide leadership to ensure projects meet performance and requirements.
  3. Effectively manage resources to achieve forecasts, maintaining high-quality work and compliance with OHS&E standards.
  4. Prepare QA documentation and collaborate on software testing, system commissioning, and building tuning.
  5. Foster strong customer and contractor relationships, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and accuracy under pressure, achieving disciplined delivery of works.

About You:

  • Hold a Trade Certificate in Electrical/HVAC or an Engineering qualification with HVAC experience.
  • Be adaptable, developing skills through digital transformation.
  • Have a strong background in Building Automation Systems and their overall design intent, controller product design, and alternative solutions.
  • Experience in Building Management System/Integrated Building Management System, including 3rd Party industrial protocols and integrations.
  • Proficient in handling project reviews, conducting FAT/SAT tests, and managing project financial status.
  • Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, BIM, and AutoCAD, with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, communicate effectively, and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Johnson Controls, building long-term working relationships.
