About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Leader in Occupational Therapy to join our team at the Australian Catholic University. As a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Therapy, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our Bachelor of Occupational Therapy program at our Canberra campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum content for the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy program
  • Contribute to the development of research and scholarship in occupational therapy
  • Supervise honours students and develop a research profile relevant to occupational therapy
  • Lead and develop a research and scholarship culture in occupational therapy and the School of Allied Health
Requirements
  • PhD in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • Proven experience in academic leadership and teaching in occupational therapy
  • Strong research and scholarship profile in occupational therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Total remuneration valued to $190,982 - $210,230 pa, including salary component $161,830 - $178,282 pa
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff
