Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Administration professional to lead our Service Administration team in executing efficient and effective management and support of Parts & Services administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse workforce, driving an inclusive culture, and fostering a team environment where people are accountable for safety and wellbeing.
The role requires a strong leader who can build a resilient and agile team, create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and deliver excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practice processes and ways of working across regions.
- Manage the administration of Parts and Services operations, including workflow management and timely responses to service enquiries.
- Ensure effective delivery of Job Processes and Central Administration.
- Process repairs and maintenance jobs efficiently.
- Create and send job estimates, quotes, and schedules on time.
- Deliver WIP management in line with standard methods and processes.
- Provide high-level customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Manage Warranty effectively for your given region.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, able to prioritise work and activities, and provide exceptional customer service. You should also have the ability to positively influence stakeholders at all levels.
