Faculty Support Specialist

This is a full-time position providing high-level executive support and project coordination across the Faculty Office.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to Faculty Executive team members, including travel arrangements, diary management and document preparation.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective channels of communication.
- Facilitate meetings, compile agendas and prepare minutes.
- Review finance administration requests and support Faculty projects to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent experience or equivalent competence gained through education, training and experience.
- Exercise discretion, initiative and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
About This Role
This position will play an integral role within the Faculty by providing high-level executive support, project officer support and office management.
