Job Title: Faculty Support Specialist

As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide expert support and guidance to faculty members across a range of operational and administrative issues. Your primary focus will be on diary management, travel arrangements, financial transactions, committee support, meeting coordination, appointments, and event management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and manage complex tasks and projects to meet business needs and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Exercise judgement and use initiative in decision-making to drive business outcomes
  • Manage high-volume tasks efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines and deliver results
