Job Title: Makeup Category Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trading Manager to lead our Makeup category end-to-end. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial results through effective category management and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining MECCA's high standards.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Trading Managers and Services Managers to drive category, brand, and service performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive commercial results.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement trials and innovations, providing support through feedback, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing large format retail environments, inspiring, coaching, and training teams.
  • A genuine passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, internally and externally.
  • Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development.
