Master Civil Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our leadership team in Canberra. As a key member of our Property and Buildings team, you will play a leading role in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to create accessible, resilient, and liveable communities.
About the Role:- Work on iconic projects that shape the built environment.
- Manage ongoing communication and professional relationships with clients.
- Lead and deliver current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction.
- Delegate and supervise the work of junior engineers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
- Strong industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environment.
- Well-versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector.
- Excellent client relationship management and project management skills.
- Solid working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC etc.).
- Proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D desirable but not essential.
- Drainage software experience preferred.
