About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Endeavour Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Your Team
- Empower and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
