About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Endeavour Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing store team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Develop Your Team
  • Empower and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Drive Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Improve Customer Satisfaction
  • Develop and implement customer service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Business Acumen
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
