Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including cold, warm, and active clients
  • Source and interview candidates to meet client needs
  • Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly KPIs
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a retail or recruitment environment

  • Proficient in technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
