Clinical Research Associate Role

Project managers and site coordinators play a critical role in the success of clinical research studies. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for managing project-related activities at study sites.

  • Ensure eligible sites are selected according to sponsor criteria through pre-study visits.
  • Conduct study initiation visits to ensure relevant staff receive adequate training.
  • Monitor recruitment targets and data collection processes during ongoing visits.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also:

  • Disseminate safety information to all sites.
  • Report Serious Adverse Events in a timely manner.
  • Finalize budgets and obtain signed contracts from sites.
  • Maintain and update study tools and systems.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Medical, Pharmacology, or Biology related field.
  • At least 1 year of CRA experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and prioritization skills.
