Job Overview:

Pega Analysts play a critical role in designing and implementing business solutions. As a Senior Pega Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs using design thinking principles and techniques.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in applying the agile delivery methodology, including the use of project management and delivery management tools, whilst delivering large and complex IT system solutions. They should also hold a Pega Business Architect certification and 3+ years' experience working as a Pega Senior/Lead Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and facilitating regular workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs using design thinking principles and techniques;
  • Preparing, facilitating and attending playbacks to ensure continual alignment of stakeholder needs and expectations;
  • Participating in project team design workshops and facilitating walkthrough reviews of designs where applicable;
  • Documenting and reviewing specifications under the oversight of the Enterprise Business Solution Lead and Lead Pega Business Analysts;
  • Facilitating and attending specification walkthroughs, handovers and forums to assist in EBS Pega Platform and Cloud Pega Platform priorities and deliverables;
  • Facilitating the triage, including the prioritisation, of system defects and issues;
  • Supporting the section with internal and external Pega Quality reviews;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies;
  • Proven experience in working with Agile methodologies and Project Management tools;
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
  • Ability to document and review specifications;
  • Pega Business Architect certification is a must;
