We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement professional to lead staff from across the Bureau's various Groups and Programs to build our reputation as a trusted collaborator and partner in the delivery of flood warning services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead dedicated Customer Leads across the Bureau in communication and engagement activities with key government and community stakeholders to inform the delivery of critical flood warning infrastructure and identify and inform of project impacts and sentiment.
- Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies to support the Bureau's Flood Warning Infrastructure Network (FWIN) Program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and engagement with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a new function, providing a unique opportunity to help grow the Bureau's stakeholder engagement capabilities in support of our flood warning network emergency management partners.
The successful candidate will have a dual reporting line to the Manager, Stakeholder Engagement - Flood Warning Infrastructure Network (FWIN) Program and the Manager, Hazard, Preparedness and Response National.
