We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to support our residents in a home-like environment. As a companion, you will build meaningful relationships with our residents, helping them live their best life with freedom, independence, and dignity.
Our village provides a unique residential community for people living with dementia. Residents participate in normal household duties, including shopping, cooking, and housekeeping. We also have a community centre with a café, shop, beauty salon, wellness centre, and cinema.

As a companion, you will work across the village in a supported team, using innovative technology to support our residents. Part-time and casual opportunities are available for night shifts, working 23:00 - 07:06.
You will be responsible for assisting and supporting residents with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, household cleaning, laundry, personal care, and engaging in lifestyle activities. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Community Services (Required)
- Experience working with aged people living with dementia or experience working with aged people or NDIS clients within their own homes (Preferred)
