Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Enablement Expert to lead the development and implementation of analytics capabilities across our organization. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead reporting automation and simplification, enabling self-service analytics.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with 5+ years in people leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python, and a strong grasp of ETL processes.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform initiatives with measurable impact.
