Main Responsibilities:- Develop lean programs and teams with process strategy for quality assurance.
- Implement data management systems and continuous improvement initiatives on site.
- Manage relationships across the site with stakeholders.
- Deliver training and coaching to stakeholders on key standards.
- Coach stakeholders towards a successful outcome.

Your Qualifications:- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or related field.
- Proven ability to influence behaviour and implement continuous improvement programs.
- Previous experience in supply chain industry or project management.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
