Career Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly collaborative and supportive Career Development Specialist to build relationships with individuals, encourage academic pursuit, and achieve key performance indicators while meeting customer needs.

About the Role:

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Establishing rapport with individuals and developing positive communication and dialogue
  • Encouraging academic enrollment using a consultative, need-based approach
  • Achieving KPIs while meeting customer needs
  • Maintaining records in our CRM system

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should be enthusiastic, positive, and love inspiring individuals about the opportunities that a career has to offer. Previous experience in a career development or equivalent experience in other sales-based positions is highly regarded.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience in utilising CRM systems to manage client relationships
  • Experience working in the education sector
