About the Role

The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Specialist to join our Cyber Security team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing AEMO's IDAM ecosystem, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AEMO's IDAM ecosystem, including SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, and AzureAD, CyberArk, and other related technologies.
  • Consult with project and BAU teams to deliver changes to applications and systems throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide governance over IDAM controls to ensure they are applied in line with AEMO policy and standards.
  • Manage the IDAM Team to ensure the resilience of services, enhancements, and resourcing across BAU and Projects.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a cyber security environment with at least three years' experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Good experience managing SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, and Entra ID (Azure).
  • Previous experience in managing a team of IAM Subject Management Experts.
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of security control and maturity frameworks, such as ISM, NIST-CSF, and AESCSF.
  • Knowledge of security control frameworks and standard control sets and frameworks, such as PSPF/ISM, NIST CSF, AESCSF, CIS 18 / NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-82.
  • Strong experience with ITIL processes, Service Management, Scoping, Planning, and prioritizing business activity.
  • Experience in critical infrastructure in the Energy Sector would be viewed favorably.
  • Knowledge of the Australian critical infrastructure regulatory environment and the role that risk plays in meeting obligations.
