Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in enhancing and sustaining military air traffic management systems across Australia.

This is a significant opportunity to contribute to the upgrade program, which represents a major investment in maintaining sovereign defence capabilities and ensuring the continued safe operation of military aviation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling to inform support requirements and validate sustainment strategies.

They will also develop comprehensive logistics support documentation, including maintenance plans, technical data, and training requirements.

In addition, the successful candidate will analyse and document transition impacts from legacy to upgraded systems, support the development and implementation of site-specific transition plans, and create and maintain logistics support strategies ensuring operational capability through transition and beyond.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in integrated logistics support analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability modelling.
  • Proven ability to develop technical documentation and support strategies.
  • Understanding of systems engineering and maintenance support principles.
