Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused General Managers, Venue Managers and Assistant Venue Managers to lead our front-of-house team in Western Australia venues.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and providing outstanding guest experiences by ensuring seamless front of house operations. They will implement food and service standards, adhere to Australian legal requirements, and contribute significantly to overall business performance.

  • Staff management, including training, rostering, and on-shift leadership.
  • Operational management across the venue, encompassing the restaurant, bar, and functions.
  • Strategic oversight of the FOH operational facets of the business.
  • Auditing and adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.
  • Ensuring superior service quality to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Driving a positive working environment and leading by example as a senior restaurant leader.
  • Maintaining current market knowledge and leveraging ability to engage and execute promotional concepts to support business growth.

  • Implement effective staffing strategies to meet business demands.

Operations and Service:

  • Manage daily operations of the front-of-house area.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to guests.
