Swatch Group is an international organization active in the design, manufacture and sale of finished watches, jewelry, watch movements and components.

The company supplies nearly all components required by its own brands, and Swatch Group companies supply movements and components to third-party watchmakers worldwide. Our brands' websites provide detailed information about their products.

The Role

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to work with our brands on a casual basis across the seasonal period. The ideal candidate should have flexibility in working across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
  • Maintain staff knowledge on new product arrivals and train on product knowledge when required
  • Ensure stores are always clean and tidy, with all watches set to the correct date and time
  • Display new products in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Undertake daily routines as directed

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working within retail sales
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Organized and efficient
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
