Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Allocate transport and logistics for machines within our own fleet and contractor vehicles.
  2. Assist with allocating operator/vehicle tasks.
  3. Coordinate interstate transport between branches.
  4. liaise with internal departments for booking transport services.
  5. Create and approve purchase orders for transport services.
  6. Perform general administrative tasks.
  7. Sourcing optimal transport rates and availability.
  8. Maintain trucks' safety, maintenance, and compliance standards.
  9. Ensure timely delivery and collection of goods to customers.
  10. Follow up on all tasks and enquiries.
  11. Support accounts with invoice queries regarding transport costs.
Requirements:
  1. Exceptional organisational and customer service skills.
  2. Proficient computer skills.
  3. Clear English communication skills with a good phone manner.
  4. Well-presented individual with high professionalism.
  5. Cultural fit, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
  6. High-level multi-tasking skills in a high-volume environment.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive attitude.
  8. Previous experience in the access hire industry is an advantage.
  9. Excellent communication skills to handle a high volume of calls and emails.
