Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. Based at our Brisbane DFO store, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement store business strategies to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to drive business growth and improve store performance
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage training and development programs for new hires and current employees
  • Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath the hierarchy
  • Responsible for leading and executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectively
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures
  • Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed
  • Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind

Requirements:

  • Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy
  • High school Diploma
  • Creative individual with a flair for fashion
  • Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded
  • Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement
  • Confident in leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance
