AOD Trainer

We are seeking a skilled trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) sector. As an AOD Trainer, you will play a vital role in building capacity and capability within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and industry-relevant training programs on campus, online, or in the workplace.
  • Source and contextualise training materials to meet learner needs and current industry requirements.
  • Mark submitted assessments and provide meaningful feedback to learners.
  • Build sound networks across the organisation, particularly within the AOD stream.
  • Contribute to the evaluation program of RTO activities, including compilation of reports with key learnings and recommendations.
About You:
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma in Alcohol and Other Drugs, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience working in the community services/AOD sector.
  • A current Working with Children Check – Employee (or willingness to apply).
