Job Title: Team Leader

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals in delivering comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Overseeing daily operations and implementing effective solutions to improve service delivery
  • Managing patient caseloads and ensuring comprehensive care planning
  • Coordinating referrals with other service providers

Successful candidates will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and empower their team. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of the alcohol and other drugs sector.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or Counselling)
  • Professional registration/membership (e.g. AHPRA, AASW, PACFA)
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing daily operations
