Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Technology Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the account team, you will be responsible for developing strategies to address business opportunities and challenges by leveraging Microsoft technologies, resources, and ecosystem.

You will work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams within Microsoft to provide technical expertise and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy, customer relationship management, and solution selling. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Microsoft to provide technical expertise and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, customer relationship management, and solution selling.
  • Strong background in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
