Job Summary

Oversee the operations of a multifaceted service centre, ensuring quality care and managing community home support program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, focusing on business planning and workforce optimization.
  • Oversee centre operations in terms of standard of care, legislative compliance, staffing, finances, and business management.
Requirements for Success:
  • Proven management experience in aged or community care with a strong track record in leading person-centred services.
  • Extensive knowledge of community home support programs and current aged care standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business and resource planning, delivering outcomes on time and within budget constraints.
  • A track record in innovation, service design, quality improvement, and change leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate and influence stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence in people management, coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
