Oshc Coordinator

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to lead our team onsite, including roster management. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of developing and facilitating engaging child-centred programs for children aged 4-12 years old.
  • The ideal candidate will foster healthy relationships with children, school, community, and parents. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs for children aged 4-12 years old.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators onsite, including roster management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Australian work rights.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children.
  • Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science, or nursing.
  • Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care.
