We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning environments that promote children's development and growth.

The Educator will assist in daily/weekly planning, setting up activities, preparing and cleaning away materials and supplies. They will also evaluate programming when required and assist in completing children's daily reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services, a current Working with Children Check, and a strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the enthusiasm to implement curriculum, and a friendly and energetic persona. The Educator will be dedicated to developing the future of children and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Working hours are 15 per week, and the salary is $23.39 - $37.15 per hour. We offer a supportive Management Team with a flat organisational structure, a strong focus on work-life-balance, and a great company culture that is fun, professional, and supportive of all team members.
