About this Role

VACCA is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community.

This role will involve working closely with Senior staff to strengthen VACCA's relationship with the community and enhancing its capacity to develop culturally responsive programs and policies.

The role will oversee key initiatives, ensuring effective services are delivered. This includes achieving targets, meeting compliance requirements, and managing a portfolio of services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of key initiatives to ensure effective service delivery
  • Ensure achievement of targets and compliance requirements
  • Manage a portfolio of services including Lakidjeka ACSASS, Cultural Programs, Community Engagement and Projects, Education, and Justice and AoD
  • Provide leadership and support to staff within these programs
