We're looking for a skilled Service Driver to join our team.

About the role:

  • You will be the critical link between our customers and their projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • As the Service Driver, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice, pickups, deliveries and making sure our equipment is ready for hire.
  • You'll instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment, perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, and provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions.
  • Maintaining high standards and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs is also key to this role.
  • You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional results.

About you:

  • Successful applicants have come from various backgrounds such as customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driver, landscaping, trade & maintenance.
  • A valid driver's licence (MR licence would be preferred) and ability to pass a drug test are essential.
  • The availability to work half day Saturday's on a rotating roster is also required.
  • A level of physical fitness and strong communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • You should be proactive and keen to learn new skills, with an interest in machinery and equipment.
  • A positive attitude and team player mindset are essential for success in this position.
