Requirements
  • Willing to obtain your coal Surface Mine Manager (SMM) certificate of competency
  • Proven success in a senior operational leadership role within open cut coal mining
  • Strong record of delivering results in safety, production, and cost management
  • Strategic acumen with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
