Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Environmental Sustainability, Green Star and NABERS assessments.

The role involves providing expert advice on sustainable building design, conducting life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight and carbon modelling, and producing Green Star and NABERS ratings for buildings.

You will work with clients to develop and implement sustainable solutions, conduct site visits and provide reports on the environmental performance of buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct environmental sustainability assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions for building design and operations
  • Conduct site visits and collect data on the environmental performance of buildings
  • Prepare and submit reports on the environmental impact of buildings
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff members
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or a related field
  • Qualification in Engineering or a relevant science-based education
  • Demonstrated expertise in Green Star and NABERS assessments
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes and standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
