Business Development Associate

Pendium Advisory is a leading service provider to the real estate industry, specialising in brokerage, valuation, and advisory services.

As a Business Development Associate, you will work alongside our directors on rent roll and real estate business sales, driving deals forward, supporting key tasks, and communicating seamlessly.

You will be dealing directly with successful real estate business owners — decision-makers who have built multi-million-dollar legacies.

With our industry-leading systems and processes, you will develop fast, gain real-world experience, and have a blast doing it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Qualification & Management— Prospect new opportunities, qualify buyer enquiries, and manage leads through a structured framework.
  • Transaction Support— Be hands-on across the full deal cycle: assist with presentations and coordinating marketing collateral, manage communication with buyers, sellers and legal teams, and track progress through due diligence.
  • Post-settlement, help oversee smooth handovers, client communications and integration check-ins to ensure each transaction is a success.
  • Systems & Process Development— Take ownership of the CRM and reporting systems to keep buyer and seller data accurate, track performance metrics, and support seamless handovers.
  • Drive quality and consistency by monitoring service standards, capturing client feedback, and leading regular reviews to improve processes and optimise efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales, property management, business development in property, or valuation (including those studying part time).

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) plus bonuses.
