Cosmetics Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to drive sales growth and exceptional customer service through effective leadership, strategic planning and execution.
  • Create and implement an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through impactful in-store events and excellent customer relationship management.
  • Total accountability for achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets with utmost professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Results-oriented with a high drive to meet objectives and standards while maintaining a commitment to excellence.
  • Pursue goals beyond what is required or expected with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team while maintaining confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people.
  • Retail sales experience, team leadership, strategic planning and execution, ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
