Medical Science Liaison Role in Rare Diseases

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of the launch of a ground-breaking therapy for neuromuscular diseases, focusing on autoimmune conditions impacting quality of life.

Based in Queensland, your key responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing partnerships with influential clinicians in neurology, immunology, and rare diseases.
  2. Leading the local medical strategy execution and representing the company at scientific conferences.
  3. Engaging with clinical trial sites and using evidence-based communication to build advocacy and influence decision-makers.
  4. Providing external insights to inform go-to-market strategies.

To succeed, you should possess:

  1. A degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (postgraduate qualifications are advantageous).
  2. Experience in medical affairs or as an MSL within the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Interest or experience in rare diseases, neurology, immunology, rheumatology, or hematology.
  4. Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior clinical stakeholders.
  5. A proactive and adaptable approach to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
