About the Position
- Assess and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and implement effective therapy programs.
- Prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to enhance safety, independence, or quality of life.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and reports to support life transitions and goal attainment.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to drive client outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure best practice service delivery.
- Contribute to identifying new client opportunities and referrals.
Key Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with AHPRA.
- NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance.
- Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
