Data and Integration Specialist Role

We are seeking a talented Data and Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our data collection, storage, integration, and representation across various systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Plan and manage systems analysis, development, and maintenance projects.
  • Design and implement integration solutions and manage the existing integration platform to meet business needs.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity through data conversion and developing business rules.
  • Liaise with system users and owners to provide IT solutions for business requirements.
  • Create actionable reports, develop and maintain data assets, standards, integration playbooks, and roadmaps.


**Qualifications and Experience:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent IT experience.
2. Extensive experience in data and integration analysis for complex, high-risk projects, with a focus on business problem-solving.
3. Proficiency with the Microsoft Technology Stack, including Fabric, M365, Azure, SharePoint, SQL Server, and the Power Platform.
4. Report writing skills using tools like Crystal Reports, Power BI, and SQL Server scripting.
5. Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions with tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Microsoft integration tools, and managing change in complex environments.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively supporting and collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments within the organization. Their ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and build strong relationships will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of IT solutions.
