Senior Data Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our data collection, storage, integration, and representation across various systems.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure data consistency, integrity, and accessibility, thereby supporting crucial business analysis and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage systems analysis, development, and maintenance projects
  • Design and implement integration solutions and manage the existing integration platform to meet business needs
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity through data conversion and developing business rules
  • Liaise with system users and owners to provide IT solutions for business requirements
  • Create actionable reports, develop and maintain data assets, standards, integration playbooks, and roadmaps
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent IT experience
  • Extensive experience in data and integration analysis for complex, high-risk projects, with a focus on business problem-solving
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Technology Stack, including Fabric, M365, Azure, SharePoint, SQL Server, and the Power Platform
  • Report writing skills using tools like Crystal Reports, Power BI, and SQL Server scripting
  • Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions with tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Microsoft integration tools, and managing change in complex environments
