About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Coordinator to join our team at Clark Equipment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the supply and support of our rental fleet, with a focus on earthmoving and construction equipment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be punctual and reliable in delivering on commitments to support our customers.

You will have the opportunity to work with our customers and staff, and will be responsible for coordinating the supply and support of our rental fleet, including occasional field visits to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the supply and support of our rental fleet
  • Work with customers and staff to ensure seamless delivery of our rental services
  • Manage inventory and track equipment movements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an energetic and self-starter with a passion for machines. You will need to have experience or ability to learn our computer systems (Baseplan) and be able to organize and communicate effectively.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience across multiple fields and to work with a leading organization in the industry.
