- Conduct thermal and condensation risk analysis to ensure building integrity
- Prepare and review shop drawings to ensure compliance with BCA/NCC requirements
- Collaborate with remedial and structural teams to service existing clients
- Manage projects and mentor junior staff to develop their skills
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management
- CPEng qualified or equivalent
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of façade design principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record in consulting and client management
- Strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
