Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP CX Functional Consultant to support and optimise SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud (C4C) applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing accurate estimations & sizing of enhancement and project delivery within the scope of the applications environment, developing, deployment, and testing of software systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability, and supporting internal stakeholders present data, system operations to cement / grow external stakeholder relationships.

This role requires a proven track record in delivering change using industry-approved disciplines such as Agile or Waterfall. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on configuration experience with at least one Project Implementation experience in Commerce Cloud or Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (C4C).

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing accurate estimations & sizing of enhancement and project delivery within the scope of the applications environment
  • Developing, deployment, and testing of software systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability
  • Supporting internal stakeholders present data, system operations to cement / grow external stakeholder relationships
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP CX modules, particularly Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (C4C) applications
  • Demonstrated experience delivering change using industry-approved disciplines such as Agile or Waterfall
  • At least 1 Project Implementation experience (either Commerce Cloud or Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (C4C)) with hands-on configuration experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with system implementations, upgrades, configuration, testing, documentation and reporting
  • Excellent computer skills of SAP, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) Tools – SNOW experience preferred
