About The Donor And Surrogacy Program Role

This position coordinates and manages quality nursing care for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes. It oversees the management of surrogate cycles, supports clinic staff, collaborates with healthcare professionals, and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements for all donor programs.

A regular day will see you:

  • Coordinate and manage quality nursing care for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes.
  • Adhere to RTAC Code of Practice and other ART and fertility legislations and guidelines.
  • Oversee surrogate cycles and communicate all proceeding with the intending parent.
  • Provide support and guidance to RSU clinic nurses in the management of donor and recipient cycles.
About You
  • You are a Division 1 Nurse registered with AHPRA.
  • You have an understanding of the RTAC Code of Practice and other ART and fertility legislations and guidelines.
  • You have fertility nurse experience (experience in donor and/or surrogacy services desirable).
  • You can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide patients with exceptional experiences.
