Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a commitment to the safety of children, young people, and people with a disability.

An understanding of strength-based trauma-informed practice is highly regarded, as well as qualifications in Community Services, Residential Care, Welfare or other related areas (Cert IV).

Previous experience in residential therapeutic care and complex trauma is also highly regarded.

You will need to be willing to work a flexible roster, including active nights, weekends, evenings and sleepovers.

A current Driver's License and ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement are also required.

The ideal candidate will be able to uphold Kirinari's values and always put the young people in our care first.
