About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our KinCare team in the Bathurst area. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, enhancing our customers' quality of life.

Requirements
  • You must be a caring and empathetic individual, committed to assisting our aged community.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle are essential, as travel is a part of the role.
  • You should be able to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems, and know when to seek support from your Manager.
  • A minimum of 3 days' availability, Monday to Friday, is required, with no night or weekend work.
