As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. We are seeking an energetic and charismatic individual who can build strong relationships with customers and contribute to a positive store environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and EFTPOS skills to ensure seamless transactions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all product lines to provide expert advice and recommendations
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, budgets, and KPIs
  • Assist with stock control, quality management, and inventory accuracy to optimize store operations
  • Comply with national legislation, workplace health and safety guidelines, and security protocols

To succeed as a Sales Assistant, you will need:

  • A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine interest in helping others
  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to deliver outstanding results
  • A valid Police Check Report is required for this position
