Christmas Season Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking a professional and friendly individual to join our team as a Christmas Season Retail Sales Assistant. As a brand ambassador, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute towards the success of our trading period.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high store presentation standards, including cleaning and maintaining jewellery displays, stockroom, and store.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to support ad-hoc duties and deliver individualised customer service in a team environment.
  • Developing knowledge of Michael Hill's artisanal craftsmanship and offering guidance to customers where appropriate.

Requirements:
