Pole to Pit Coordinator Job Summary

The Pole to Pit Coordinator will work with our civil, construction, and metering teams to enable effective delivery of our pole to pit program and support the wider metering and servicing team.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely and has flexible working hours. To be successful, you will have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the delivery of pole to pit construction activities via service providers and internal stakeholders using Zinfra's digital platform
  • Deliver an end-to-end service ensuring alignment with OH&S as per Service and Installation Regulations
  • Utilize standard software and systems (including but not limited to client systems, SAP, Upvise)
  • Maintain proper directory structure for all files on the Zinfra Server
  • Continually determine and maintain best work practice for data maintenance, integrity, and accuracy

About You

Requirements include knowledge of the electrical distribution industry, Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) Training, client systems, and SAP. Effective verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
