About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Educator to lead a team of Educators in our Springfield Lakes centre. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs, observing and informing teaching practices, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children in the centre
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
